Our fair uses ShoWorks to collect online entries. A ShoWorks Passport allows your general information to be remembered year to year, as well as the ability to view past years entries across all fairs that use the program. Checking out as an Exhibitor does not save your information year-to year.
You can pay by e-Transfer to secretary@bcagexpo.ca, cash, or cheque. If your 4-H club is paying your 4-H fees, please note that you are still required to submit payment for your open entries yourself.
If you weren't able to upload these documents at the time of entry, please ensure that you send them via email to secretary@bcagexpo.ca as soon as possible. If we do not have a bill of sale, you may not exhibit your market animal.

We are supported by local abattoirs who each provide a cutting form for you to select your preferred cutting instructions on sale day.
Non-market projects can be sold in the Monday live auction at the exhibitors discretion. The office needs to be notified of this by noon on the Friday of the fair. Non-market projects will be added to the end of the sale order, unless that member does not have a market project in the sale
Anyone can bid at our live auction! This year we are introducing a bid card system to streamline the flow of the auction, potential buyers are encouraged to pre-register, but registration will be available ringside as well.
Rail-grade is an option available for market lambs and steers, and is often used by buyers who would like to support a 4-H member but doesn't want the meat. When an animal is rail graded, the animal is resold at market price to a prearranged buyer. The money from that resale goes back to the buyer who rail-graded the animal. In some cases the buyer will chose to donate the rail grade profit to a charity or other organization. Rail grade is not available for carcass animals.
